Some of Your Duties & Focal Areas
- 5+ years for experience industry experience in full stack development with a strong portfolio of existing projects
- Proficient in HTML, CSS, Strong JS (either jQuery or native) is a must
- SCSS or other Style pre-processors
- Server Side Languages such as PHP, Node, .Net or Java
- Strong understanding of AJAX/Fetch and the JSON Format
- Experience with integrating third party APIs.
- You keep up to date with emerging technologies and the latest best practices
- You are a quick learner who is always looking to improve
- Ability to draw upon pool of knowledge to find unique solutions to limitations
- Write clean and efficient code
- Provide mentoring to junior members of the Process team
- Review technical specifications and APIs
- Develop and document technical support documentation
- Demonstrated experience in platform API design and development
- Be able to provide accurate time estimates on work for the project management team
- High attention to detail
- Ability to work independently within a small team
Highly regarded
- Experience with Shopify and Liquid
- Modern JavaScript Frameworks, particularly React, Redux, ES6
- JS Transpilers and Bundlers, such as webpack, TypeScript, Babel
- Experience with GraphQL
- Ability to write Unit Tests
- Understanding of best web practices, such as BEM, ITCSS, schema.org and JSON-LD
- Familiarity with Adobe Creative Cloud and Sketch
- Experience with Git version control
- Experience with the command line
- Can write vanilla JS without relying on frameworks such as jQuery
